Weekly quizzes to reinforce vocabulary and grammar.
Speaking assessments and listening comprehension exercises.
A final oral interview and written exam to confirm A1 proficiency.

 

Pace options 

Prefer to move faster? Students attending three sessions per week can cover up to 36 lessons in a single semester. We generally recommend the standard two-session pace for stronger long-term retention, but ask us about accelerated scheduling if you’re working toward a deadline (travel, work relocation, etc.).

The Survival Spanish 
Are you planning a trip to South America? Spain? This short, focused course gets you ready to travel with confidence without committing to a full semester of study. 
Spanish is spoken in over 20 countries, including Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica, and many more. Wherever your trip takes you, Survival Spanish gives you the essential phrases and confidence to get around, order food, ask for directions, and connect with locals.

Spanish for the workplace 
San Diego is a bilingual city, every business benefits from a team that can speak Spanish with confidence. Business Spanish is built for professionals who already have some Spanish foundation (or have completed our Level 1 course) and want to apply it directly to their work.
